A.K. Smiley Library is happy to announce that we are going a little greener ahead of Earth Day. Starting March 3rd, we will be emailing our overdue notices to people with email address in Horizon. Please keep in mind that we have two separate programs for sending out email, Horizon and Constant Contact. Horizon is used to send out notices about items that are checked out. Constant Contact is for sending out emails about fun events and other important notices.
There are two ways to check if your email address in Horizon is correct.

You can also go on your account page and view it:
- Go to https://aksmil.ent.sirsi.net/
- Click on My Account
- Enter your library card number and pin.
- Click Log In to proceed
- Click on My Account
- Under Personal Information you should see your email, if we have one for you.

Q. What happens if I don’t want to have overdue notices sent through email?
A. Starting March 4th, you can either come in or call us at (909) 798-7656 and ask that we switch you back to paper notices.
